Saleha Rasheed Charitable Trust

Saleha Rasheed Charitable Trust (SRCT) is a charitable organization for collection of zakat, hadiya and other voluntary contributions from family members, friends, community to be used appropriately for welfare of Muslims and other eligible beneficiaries.

SRCT was founded on 2nd February, 2008 by children of Mohammed Rasheeduddin (late) and Hafeez Saleha (late). The centralized collection of zakat by 5 sons and 2 daughters over the years during the times of a joint family was formally given shape as a Charitable Trust – cause being distribution of what is due from our savings in the way of Allah SWT.

SRCT mission is to humbly please Allah SWT and earn “Maghfirath or Sawaab e Jaariah” for founders, their parents, contributors, and those who like and dislike by funding the education, seeking to end hunger and poverty, grant monthly pensions to old and feeble, cultivate the self-esteem of disadvantaged, provide assistance for marriages, prevent, cure, medical ailments through excellence in a cost effective manner, outreach program education (modern and deeni), conduct short courses on understanding Salah, Quran and Hadiths.
